400 students gathered in Port Covington on June 6 for the second annual Success Fest, an inspiring day of technology, entertainment and activities. The elementary and middle school participants are selected from local public schools based on stellar attendance, academic record and behavior. The event is a partnership between Baltimore City public schools, Bring the Noise, and the Port Covington Impact Team.
