Instead of the typical Trunk or Treat event, the Port Covington Development Team had to reimagine its Halloween festivities for the year. The team packaged Halloween baskets packed to the brim with goodies – pumpkins, crafts, candy, masks, and more – and delivered to community partners in SB7. We hope these efforts brought smiles to dozens of Baltimore families as we navigate this pandemic together.
